Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Concrete Caster to join our client in Evesham. The role involves setting up and operating machinery to cast concrete products, ensuring quality per drawings, and maintaining a safe, clean work area on site.

The position offers weekly pay, potential permanent placement after 12 weeks, PPE provided, an on-site canteen, and a relaxed working environment with an early finish on Fridays and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with concrete or within a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machinery to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Mixing, pouring, casting, and finishing concrete products.
• Preparing, assembling, and stripping moulds and formwork.
• Using hand and power tools, including drilling and sanding equipment.
• Carrying out checks against specifications and technical drawings to ensure product quality and conformity.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment at all times.
