Your new responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to residents and handle individual requests efficiently and promptly.
- Assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring safety for all residents and visitors.
- Handle requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department via in person, email, or telephone professionally and timely.
- Accept and issue resident parcels.
- Greet residents, guests, and clients professionally, demonstrating a stand-to-greet service.
- Maintain smooth communication systems within the estate (telephone, radios, intercom, b. Life).
- Ensure access is restricted to authorized persons only.
- Issue visitor parking permits and explain onsite parking procedures.
- Coordinate with security staff and communicate any concerns or relevant information.
- Work with cleaning staff regarding rubbish removal and follow operating procedures.
- Report security, health and safety issues, incidents, or complaints accurately.
- Safeguard security keys, following SOPs, and issue keys only to authorized personnel/residents with proper approval.
- Participate in cross-training with other resort departments.
- Respond to resident enquiries via the b. Life system, ensuring ticket time constraints are met.
- Manage residents’ dry cleaning/laundry, completing necessary paperwork.
- Audit estate and apartment keys during night shifts, follow up on missing keys.
- Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the estate.
- Maintain a safe environment for all estate occupants.
- Handle data securely, comply with GDPR, and lock PCs when unattended.
- Report accidents and record in the accident book as needed.
- Control lobby lighting timings appropriately.
- Handle high-pressure situations calmly, especially during queuing or complex issues.
