Farnborough Airport Limited is looking to recruit a Concierge team member who will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Within this role, you will work as part of a team to:
- Ensure all visitors, including passengers, crews, and tenants/employees, always receive first-class hospitality.
- Greet passengers and crew at the door, identify their flight, accompany them to the lounge as required, and handle their luggage appropriately.
- Keep passengers waiting in the terminal informed about their flight status, guide them to the company vehicle when ready to board, and look after their luggage.
- Offer Concierge services to passengers and crews, ensuring their requirements are met or finding alternatives if needed.
- Facilitate the arrival and departure process for passengers, including checks by Government agencies (Immigration, Special Branch, Customs, VAT where appropriate).
- Perform administrative duties as required and assist the Operations/Reception team when needed.

- Support the team with ad hoc activities/tasks as reasonably requested.
About you
- Evidence of right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Full 5-year employment/educational history with no unaccounted-for gaps.
- Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) for the required security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
- Hold a full valid UK driving license or equivalent.
- Experience in delivering first-class customer service.
- Flexible approach and ability to work various shift patterns.
- Experience in airside driving.
- Customer-facing/Concierge experience.
