Job summary

The Midland Manchester is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet guests, acting as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotels and your hotel. You will use your local knowledge to offer tailored recommendations and help guests make the most of their stay.

In a busy, guest-focused environment you’ll coordinate requests, support colleagues across departments, and uphold the hotel’s service standards with a warm, proactive approach to every guest interaction.

• Provide local guidance and recommendations to ensure a great stay.
• Handle guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach in a busy environment.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver first-class service.

Job description

LMM - The Midland is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The Concierge will support the smooth running and objectives of the Concierge department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Concierge, you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be the first person to greet and welcome guests into our hotel, using your savvy knowledge to provide guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in the city. As part of a vibrant team, you’ll be delivering first-class service to our guests.
