Job summary

The Midland in Manchester, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running smoothly in a busy environment.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, with a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability. The role includes opportunities for development, training, and progression within the Leonardo Hotels family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and support a Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with daily kitchen tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for smooth operation.
• Assist with basic food prep and stock replenishment in a busy kitchen.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
