Job summary

Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, assist with reservations, and tailor experiences to individual needs, ensuring every stay begins with a warm welcome.

In this role you will maintain immaculate public areas, answer calls, arrange events and transportation, and share local insights to create memorable visits for guests while upholding the hotel’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Clean UK Full Driving Licence.
• 25+ years old.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 25+ years old
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
