Job summary

Stock Exchange Hotel in central Manchester is hiring a Guest Service Associate to warmly welcome guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve at a high standard. You'll set up and clear tables, prepare beverages, handle payments at the till, and follow hygiene and safety procedures while collaborating with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
