Job summary

The Harley Street Clinic is seeking a Concierge to join our Patient Services team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) includes shifts between 7:30am and 9:00pm, across 5 days including weekends, at one of the UK’s leading private hospitals.

You will deliver a professional, courteous service to patients, visitors and colleagues, ensuring a five-star welcome and guiding guests through their hospital journey with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge/hospitality or front-of-house is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for patient experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, prompt and courteous concierge service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Deliver a five-star welcome experience, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Support the safest and best possible patient journey throughout the hospital.
• Escort and direct patients and visitors to destinations.
• Assist patients with luggage and escort them to vehicles when required.

We’re looking for a Concierge to join our Patient Services team based at The Harley Street Clinic. The Concierge team plays a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for our patients and visitors, delivering a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure. As part of one of the UK’s leading private hospitals, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of service and care for which HCA Healthcare UK is known.

As a Concierge, you'll provide a professional, courteous and proactive service to patients, visitors and colleagues. From welcoming guests and assisting with wayfinding to supporting patients with luggage and mobility requirements, you'll help facilitate a safe, efficient and positive patient journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys building relationships while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, customer service, hotel or front-of-house environment is essential, ideally within a 5* setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends.
