Job summary

HCA UK is seeking a Concierge at The Harley Street Clinic in London. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with shifts between 07:30 and 20:30 and rotating weekends. The position offers a salary of £28,860 per year plus benefits.

You will meet and greet patients and visitors, direct them to the right areas, handle calls and provide cover for reception when needed, delivering excellent service in a private healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge experience, preferably in a 5* setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good IT skills.
