Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a dedicated Concierge for The Harley Street Clinic. You’ll provide a professional, courteous service to patients and visitors, greeting them warmly and guiding them through arrival to departure in a private hospital setting.

You will assist with wayfinding, luggage, mobility needs and ensure a seamless patient journey while working within a supportive team and flexible shifts across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, hospitality or front-of-house is essential.
• Outstanding customer service mindset with patient focus.
• Flexible to work a 7-day rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, prompt and courteous concierge service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Deliver a five-star welcome experience with warmth and professionalism.
• Support the patient journey to ensure safety and comfort throughout the hospital.
• Escort and direct patients and visitors to destinations as required.
• Assist patients with luggage and accompany them to and from vehicles when needed.
• Cover across different concierge locations and reception areas when required.
