Job summary

Lough Erne Resort is seeking a warm, service-oriented Concierge to join our 5-star team on a casual contract, typically 2 days a week. You will support front desk operations, assist guests with inquiries, and provide personalised recommendations to enhance their stay at our County Fermanagh resort.

Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, coordinating transport, and collaborating with departments to ensure seamless service. A full UK driving licence is required.

Lough Erne Resort, a prestigious 5-star luxury resort nestled in the heart of County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, is seeking a talented Concierge to join our team on a casual contract basis typically 2 days a week.

Work Pattern:

As Concierge, you would be expected to work as a flexible member of the team and you will be expected to work across all 3 shift patterns as follows:

1. Early: 8am to 4:30pm

2. Middle: 10am to 6:30p,

3. Late: 3pm to 11:30pm

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Offer recommendations for entertainment, and other activities, tailoring suggestions to suit individual preferences based on the local area.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers and local transportation.
• Handle guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort amenities, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth guest transitions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Contract Details
