The Housing Network in Coventry is seeking an experienced Concierge to join a brand-new service during a period of growth, supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You will be based on a static site, monitor incidents, respond to safeguarding concerns, and work with colleagues and external agencies to promote engagement with support services. DBS check is required; visa sponsorship is not offered; salary £33,500 and a benefits package are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a presence across our accommodation service to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
• Monitoring and responding to incidents, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and emergencies.
• Carrying out regular room visits, health and safety checks, accommodation inspections, and welfare checks within our static site.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to concerns in line with service procedures.
• Building positive relationships with residents using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
• Supporting residents with practical issues and encouraging positive engagement with support services.
• Maintaining accurate records, incident reports, support notes, and risk assessments using our digital systems.
• Working independently on a static site while liaising closely with colleagues and external agencies when required.
• Ensuring accommodation remains safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety requirements.

Looking for an opportunity to use your skills, experience and commitment to transform the lives of highly vulnerable people?

Highly experienced working with individuals facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs.
