We are expanding our concession stores and are looking for a Concession Deputy Store Manager for our store in Cardiff within M&S.

The Deputy Manager will work alongside the Concession Manager to oversee daily operations, achieve KPIs, and manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants. You will motivate, inspire, and develop your team, leading by example.

This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team in a dynamic environment.
