We’re looking for a warm, sales-focused, and organized Assistant Manager to join our beautiful bridal retail store in Cardiff. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team of Bridal Sales Consultants, ensuring every bride-to-be who walks through our doors receives exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role where your leadership, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real difference. Whether coaching your team to success, resolving challenges, or helping a bride say “yes” to her dream dress, you’ll be a key part of the magic of what we do.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in daily operations
2. Leading by example to deliver high-level customer service
3. Driving sales and working towards KPIs and targets
4. Handling opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store safety
5. Managing rotas, timesheets, payroll, and stock control
6. Representing our brand professionally and positively
7. Supporting team development through feedback, 1-2-1s, and performance management
8. Maintaining stock standards and loss prevention

Details:

• 32 hours per week
• £27,164 per annum pro-rata (based on a 40-hour contract)
