Job summary

The Glasshouse International Centre for Music in Gateshead is seeking a Concerts Manager to lead classical programming with Royal Northern Sinfonia and visiting orchestras. You will work with artists, agents and staff to plan schedules, book travel and accommodation, negotiate contracts, and coordinate production elements across The Glasshouse and the region.

• Experience delivering classical music concerts or projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle a busy workload and find solutions under pressure.
• Experience working with orchestral musicians and international artists would be a bonus.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concert schedules and contracts.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for artists and crew.
• Oversee event logistics to ensure performances run smoothly.
