Job summary

Global Banking School seeks Lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels for the BSc (Hons) Computing programme. The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends, on-site in Birmingham.

You will deliver modules on technology, software and data, develop and deliver course materials, and assess students while staying current with developments in IT education. A Master's degree and UK HE lecturing experience are required; PhD desirable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet learning outcomes.
• Develop and update course materials for modules in Computing.
• Use diverse teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, and admin duties.
• Keep up to date with developments in the field and student support.
