Job summary

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch in Doncaster is seeking a knowledgeable Computer Studies (CS) Teacher to deliver well-structured Computing lessons and support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge.

The role requires QTS, previous CS teaching experience, strong planning and classroom management, and safeguarding awareness. DBS Update Service or willingness to apply is required. Long-term/day-to-day, with competitive daily rates.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for the CS Teacher role.
• Previous teaching experience as a Computer Studies teacher.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging CS lessons.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are currently looking for a knowledgeable Computer Studies (CS) Teacher to work with a school in Doncaster. The successful candidate will support students in developing their understanding of computing and digital concepts through clear, well-structured lessons.

Requirements for the CS Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for the Computer Studies Teacher role.
• Previous teaching experience as a CS Teacher.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
