Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Computer Studies (CS) Teacher to work in Doncaster. The role focuses on delivering computing lessons, building knowledge and engagement, and supporting diverse learners.

Applicants should hold QTS, have strong CS knowledge, and be able to manage classes effectively. DBS on update service or willingness to apply is required. Positions available from ASAP with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

Are you a qualified Computer Studies Teacher who can make computing and digital learning clear and engaging?

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are currently looking for a knowledgeable Computer Studies (CS) Teacher to work with a school in Doncaster. The successful candidate will support students in developing their understanding of computing and digital concepts through clear, well-structured lessons.

Requirements for the CS Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for the Computer Studies Teacher role.

• Previous teaching experience as a CS Teacher.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
