Job summary

Specialist Group is seeking a CAD Design Technician to join our Contracts and Design Team in Slough. You will produce detailed joinery production drawings in 2D AutoCAD and support project variations documentation.

Based in a busy, multi award-winning regional business, the role offers a hands-on environment with modern facilities, on-site staff restaurant, pension scheme, and ongoing training. A positive attitude and accuracy are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Joinery design experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials used within the industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Great positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed Joinery production drawings in 2D AutoCAD.
• Identify and document contract and scope variations where applicable.
• Adhere to Specialist Group standard practices and procedures at all times.

Specialist Group is in search of a CAD Design Technician to join our Contracts and Design Team.
