Job summary

Asper Recruitment is seeking an experienced joinery draughtsman in the United Kingdom to produce precise AutoCAD joinery/workshop drawings from client briefs and site surveys through to manufacturing and assembly.

The ideal candidate will have prior CAD technician experience in joinery and be highly proficient with AutoCAD, able to deliver high-quality bespoke furniture drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience as CAD technician in a joinery environment is required.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to produce precise joinery/workshop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce joinery drawings from client briefs and site surveys to manufacturing and assembly.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in AutoCAD and produce accurate cutting lists.

• Applicants will need to have knowledge of AutoCAD and joinery detailing.
• My client are looking for an experienced joinery draughtsman, who is capable of producing Joinery drawings right the way from initial client briefs/site surveys through to manufacturing and assembly.
• The candidate must be trained and proficient in the use of AutoCAD and is able to produce precise Joinery/workshop drawings and accurate cutting lists.
• To be considered for this role you will need to have previous work experience as a CAD technician in the Joinery environment.
• Candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experienced in High quality bespoke furniture or joinery
