Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a hands-on Composite Technician in Coventry to join a fast-paced aerospace and advanced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on working with carbon fibre components, ensuring quality, safety and precision in every task.

This temporary assignment runs until the end of December, offering immediate start and the opportunity to contribute to high-strength, lightweight assemblies, traceability and continuous improvement in production.

Competenze

• Experience working with cured carbon fibre or advanced composites.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for trimming, routing, drilling, abrading and assembly.
• Experience bonding components using structural adhesives per work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and traceability.
• Knowledge of health and safety expectations in manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Trim composite parts to scribe lines and tight tolerances.
• Assemble subcomponents, abrade surfaces and prep for bonding.
• Bond components using adhesives with jigs and fixtures for assemblies.
• Interpret and work from drawings, instructions, process specs and docs.
• Record production data including material traceability and time bookings.
• Maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and right-first-time production.
