Job summary

Strongfield Consultants is recruiting for a Program Manager in Aerospace, Hampshire. The role is contract-based, overseeing a production program of composite structures with emphasis on NPI, tooling transfer and industrialisation for build-to-print programs.

The ideal candidate may be degree-qualified or have extensive experience in project/program management within an engineering environment. Availability within 4 weeks and UK-rights to work, plus basic security clearance, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or many years of demonstrable project/program management experience.
• Experience in Aerospace project management with NPI, tooling transfer and industrialisation.
• CAPEX project experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a predominantly business-focused, non-technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a manufacturing production program of composite structures.
• Coordinate NPI activities, tooling transfer and industrialisation for build-to-print programs.
• Manage the program for 18–24 months with occasional overseas travel for setup.
