Responsibilities

• Monitor composite production by test and audit to ensure robust process selection, implementation and control.
• Support deployment of a robust, repeatable composite manufacturing process meeting business and customer requirements.
• Provide specialist manufacturing development and integration support, resolving vendor quality issues.
• Utilise root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce non-conformances and drive Lean improvements.
