Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Composite Event Support Technician to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this position offers a great opportunity for those looking to develop their skills within a high-performing F1 team. This department supports both Race and Factory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other Composite Event Support Technicians, Lead Technicians, Team Leaders, and supply chain leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
2. Understand production plans to ensure delivery dates are met and communicate any deviations.
3. Ensure the quality of parts produced by carrying out all necessary processes, identifying deviations from specifications, and correcting them when possible.
4. Maintain effective communication channels with all shifts and departments for smooth work transfer.
5. Prioritize daily workloads to maximize utilization and productivity.
6. Support Race, Test, and Heritage events as required.
7. Provide feedback for manufacturing improvements, cost reductions, or lead-time reductions.
8. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, seeking advice when needed.

Essential Criteria:

1. Extensive knowledge of Composite Assembly Manufacturing processes.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of following objectives, goals, strategies, and measures.
3. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and process sheets.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure within a team and meet tight deadlines.
5. Flexibility to work additional shifts when required.
6. Support for Apprentice and Junior training programs.
7. Advocate for continuous improvement within the department.
