The Opportunity

In this role as Compliance Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the technical integrity of our site. Your responsibilities will include updating technical systems, monitoring customer compliance data, and ensuring audits and document control processes are completed efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as QA, Technical, Process, and Production, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical systems to support safe and legal production.
• Collate and analyse technical and customer KPI data to identify trends.
• Manage customer complaints, logging responses and sharing updates with the QA teams.
• Monitor customer retail systems, ensuring test results and alerts are managed appropriately.
• Support the specifications team with updates and artwork checks.
