About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Team Manager to join our Renewals and Logistics team. This department is responsible for conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with Thames Water’s asset standards and contract requirements. The role involves leading the team to meet these requirements.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage a team of 9 members.
2. Identify improvement areas with recommended solutions and assist relevant departments with implementation.
3. Collaborate with Contract & Operational Managers to drive performance and improvements.
4. Create and distribute regular reports.

Location and Contract details

This is a Hybrid position based at Clearwater Court, Reading. The contract is fixed-term until July 2026, covering maternity leave. The role involves working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in People Management.
• Process management and improvement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated, analytical, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in Clean Water is desirable.
