Job summary

A leading IT service firm in Swinton seeks a Compliance, Security & Governance Specialist to ensure clients receive clear information regarding governance and security practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and technical teams, support RFP processes, and maintain compliance standards. This full-time position offers an engaging work environment with a focus on customer confidence and data protection.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience supporting sales teams in a compliance-focused capacity.
• Proven ability to complete RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with ESG principles and business continuity planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales team to provide accurate information on governance practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for security and compliance queries.
• Collaborate with Product teams to simplify security concepts for clients.
• Review and respond to customer compliance questionnaires — supported by our innovative AI tools to help streamline and speed up the process.
• Join customer demos alongside Sales, speaking confidently about our approach to data protection, risk management, and governance.
• Help shape how we communicate compliance, ensuring trust and transparency at every stage of the customer journey.
• Represent Moorepay and Zellis strengths in accreditations, ESG, disaster recovery, and business continuity during client interactions.
• Own and complete RFPs, ensuring responses reflect Moorepay’s robust security and compliance standards.
• Stay current with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements relevant to Moorepay’s offerings.
• Proactively improve sales enablement through documentation, FAQs, and training on compliance topics.
• Champions ethical governance and sustainable practices in all sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities
