Job summary

Corpay in Swindon is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to join the GRC and Information Security team. You will support internal and external audits, act as interface between auditors and technical teams, and ensure IT solutions comply with corporate policies, standards and regulations.

You will monitor remediation of audit findings through completion. The role collaborates with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Development and Product teams, reporting to the IT Compliance Manager, and

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous IT Compliance experience desired.
  • Prior SOX compliance and internal audit experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day deliverables supporting PCI and SOX standards.
  • Run User Access audits across the region.
  • Monitor audit findings and remediation activities; track escalations and risks.
  • Document compliance events and audit shortcomings thoroughly.
  • Support monitoring and reporting of IT compliance trends to managers.
  • Liaise with Information Security, SysAdmins, Developers and business units on risks.
  • Review and present security risks, remediation, and mitigations.
  • Support PCI and SOX IT compliance projects.
  • Assist design and administration of IT compliance solutions in distributed systems.

Your role Information Technology - Cyber Security - P1 - GBR What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an IT Compliance Analyst on a permanent basis within our IVP line of business, within GRC and Info Sec division. This position is located in our Swindon office. The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting internal and external audits, being the interface between auditors and technical teams, interacting with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Development and Product Teams to assure that solutions implemented by IT are compliant with corporate policies, standards and regulations and have no impact on the business. The role is also responsible for monitoring remediation of audit findings up to completion. You will report into the IT Compliance Manager and regularly collaborate with other IT teams and the business.

How We Work

As an IT Compliance Analyst you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
  • Executing on day-to-day deliverables that support the ongoing compliance needs related to PCI and SOX standards.
  • Running all the User Access audits across the region.
  • Monitoring audit findings’, remediation activities and keep track of escalations and/or risks related to IT Compliance.
  • Thoroughly document compliance events and audit shortcomings.
  • Supporting the IT Compliance Manager and GRC Managers on monitoring and reporting current state and trends of IT compliance, especially on PCI and SOX related engagements.
  • Liaising with the Information Security staff, System Administrators, Application Developers, Business Units and Internal/External Audit to identify compliance risks, ensure policies are consistently applied and provide support overall on IT Compliance related issues.
  • Work with other staff and management to review, document and present security risks, remediation and mitigations.
  • Supporting IT compliance projects (PCI and SOX are the most important).
  • Assisting with the design, implementation and administration of IT Compliance solutions in a distributed systems environment.
  • Supporting of corporate initiatives including security awareness, penetration testing, application security testing, vulnerability management and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
  • Any experience of supporting audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in an IT Compliance Analyst position would be beneficial.
  • Prior experience with IT Compliance would be beneficial.
  • Experience in SOX compliance and internal audit would be beneficial.
