Job summary

The Prospero Group is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer - Recruitment to join our Manchester team. You will verify candidate compliance, conduct right-to-work, DBS, references and employment history checks, and maintain accurate records to support a smooth recruitment process.

In this role you’ll follow established processes, support candidates through the recruitment journey, and contribute to safeguarding across our education sector assignments.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C or equivalent.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
