The role focuses on governing global labeling processes, data quality, and continuous improvement, including reporting, process monitoring, and cross-department liaison to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required; regulatory affairs experience is desirable.
• Proven experience in a global or multinational pharmaceutical setting, with labeling or regulatory affairs exposure valued.
• Hands-on with project management, data analysis and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Global labeling business process, ensuring data quality and compliant reporting.
• Maintain Global labeling SharePoint pages and tracking systems, support labeling processes with business cases and work instructions.
• Perform routine process and quality monitoring, support investigations for QE activities and analyze system data to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor process performance, identify trends and coordinate projects to improve labeling and regulatory processes.

Are you a driven professional with a passion for compliance and regulatory affairs? A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager to join their team in the UK. This role offers an exciting chance to make a significant impact by ensuring business process monitoring and driving continuous improvement.

This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and offers a remote working basis.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. As the Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager, you will facilitate the Global labeling business process, ensuring data quality and compliance by generating project line listings and reports.
• 2. As the Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager, you will maintain the Global labeling SharePoint pages and other tracking systems, contributing to labeling processes through business cases and work instructions.
• 3. As the Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager, you will perform routine process and quality monitoring, supporting investigations for QE activities and analyzing system data to resolve discrepancies.
• 4. As the Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager, you will monitor process performance, identify trends, and act as project coordinator for departmental initiatives aimed at improving labeling and regulatory processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• 1. Relevant degree in a related field, with a Regulatory Affairs degree being desirable.
• 2. Proven industry experience in a global or multi-national pharmaceutical environment, with a preference for experience in labeling or regulatory affairs.
• 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project management, data analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
