Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager for a 12-month, part-time contract (20 hours/week) with remote UK work. The role focuses on monitoring processes, driving improvements, and supporting labelling regulatory activities across a global pharma setting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years in a multinational pharma environment, with experience in regulatory affairs or labelling and strong project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–8 years’ experience in global/multi-national pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Labelling and/or regulatory affairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business processes and follow up with colleagues responsible for action.
• Identify basic trends and opportunities for improvement and support remediation work.
• Educate and support labelling activities with internal department staff.
