Job summary

Deekay Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the operational delivery of statutory compliance across a social housing portfolio of approximately 8,000 homes. You will report to the Fire Safety and Compliance Manager and oversee gas safety, electrical safety, water hygiene, asbestos, LO LR, and related certifications.

• Experience leading statutory compliance in a large housing portfolio.
• Ability to manage inspections, servicing and certification.
• Strong focus on data, reporting and contractor management.

• Oversee landlord compliance obligations excluding fire safety.
• Drive performance, strengthen contractor management, and improve compliance data and reporting.
