Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery across all compliance services, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and strong documentation.
• Conduct onboarding checks, EDD, screening reviews, transaction monitoring alerts, and QA sampling.
• Support periodic and retrospective reviews, reconciliations and monitoring tests.
• Follow established procedures for case assessment, documentation and escalation.
• Prepare working papers, evidence packs and initial analyses for Lead or Senior Associate review.
• Update trackers, logs and workflow tools to maintain transparency.
• Assist in remediation and regulatory change projects through data analysis and coordination.
• Support safeguarding tasks and discrepancy checks.
