At MFS, the Compliance Lead Specialist will support the Compliance Department across regulatory and client requirements for multiple business units. You will train compliance professionals and key stakeholders, guiding staff and driving compliant operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in investment management or financial services compliance.
• Financial Promotions approvals and general compliance sales practice experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer-service, team working and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to write effectively and present research, analysis and conclusions persuasively.
• Multitasking and prioritization according to business needs with strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and sound business judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Train compliance professionals and key business stakeholders on regulatory and client requirements.
• Lead on approvals for financial promotions and provide guidance to assigned business units.
• Research regulatory issues and advise internal stakeholders to maintain compliant operations.
• Draft new guidelines and procedures and communicate regulatory updates to teams.
• Collaborate with Legal to assess implications of new rules and coordinate cross‑functional actions.
