Abound in London is seeking a driven Compliance Officer to help steer risk, compliance, and regulatory change as we scale. This is a broad, hands‑on role working with senior stakeholders to maintain strong control environments and ensure good customer outcomes.

You will have 2+ years in retail financial services, with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and solid FCA knowledge. The position offers hybrid working with a London base and exposure to strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in retail financial services, either in compliance, first line controls or operations with strong customer-focus.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into actionable business steps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver compliance monitoring – identify risks and drive remediation.
• Provide clear reporting for senior management and the Board.
• Stay ahead of regulation and translate FCA developments into actions.
• Maintain and strengthen control environment and policies.
• Partner across the business as a trusted compliance advisor.
• Support customer outcomes and act as escalation point for complex cases.
• Contribute to financial crime oversight and AML assessments.
• Collaborate with Chief Compliance Officer on regulatory risk and strategy.
