Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Officer (SHEQ / Manufacturing) in Enniskillen to maintain compliance across multiple sites and support audits.

You will manage documentation, training records and ISO processes, liaise with management and employees, and drive Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards. The role offers training, progression and a supportive environment within a growing manufacturing group.

Are you a Compliance Officer or similar with a background in Health & Safety, Quality or SHEQ, looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company where you will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards across multiple sites?

Do you have experience with compliance documentation, audits or ISO management systems and want to join a company offering long-term stability, further training and opportunities to develop your career within Health & Safety and Compliance?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturer supplying specialist products to the construction and infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation in the industry and continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their SHEQ team.

In this varied role, you will work closely with the SHEQ Manager to maintain compliance documentation, coordinate internal and external audits, manage employee training records and ensure company policies and procedures remain up to date. You will support compliance activities across multiple sites, liaising with management, employees and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Quality.

This role would suit a Compliance Officer or someone from a Health & Safety, Quality or SHEQ background looking for a varied position within an established manufacturing business offering long-term career development and stability.

The Role:

• Maintaining SHEQ documentation, compliance records and company procedures
• Supporting internal and external audits, inspections and ISO certifications
• Coordinating employee training, qualifications and certification renewals
• Monitoring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
• Supporting incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
• Liaising with management and employees across multiple sites
• Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
