Job summary

Kirkland Associates is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to help ensure the business operates in line with relevant regulations, policies and internal standards. The role involves identifying risks, resolving compliance concerns, and maintaining regulatory records across the organisation.

The candidate will develop policies, assist with audits and regulatory reporting, and promote good compliance practices while ensuring documentation is accurate and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance/regulation, ideally within financial services.
• Good knowledge of confidentiality, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
