Job summary

Kirkland Associates is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to help ensure the business operates in line with regulations, policies and internal standards. You will identify and assess risks, resolve compliance concerns and support audits.

As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain regulatory records, develop policies, and promote best practices across the organisation. Strong data protection knowledge and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in compliance, regulation, risk ideally within the financial services sector.
• Good knowledge of confidentiality, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
