The Role

As Compliance Manager, you’ll develop, implement, and maintain the organisation’s CMS — ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards across all areas of the business. You’ll be the go‑to expert for compliance matters, working closely with senior leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and operational excellence.

  • Manage non‑conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
  • Maintain the Compliance Risk Register and advise on emerging risks.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and coordinate corrective actions.
About You

You’ll be someone who combines strong technical compliance knowledge with a proactive and pragmatic approach. You can influence across all levels of the business and take ownership of systems and improvements.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Lead Auditor or NEBOSH qualification desirable.
