MERJE seeks a Compliance Manager for a UK bank in a hybrid Chester-based role. You will oversee regulatory compliance, provide independent advice, and shape the bank's conduct risk approach as it scales. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compliance, strong FCA knowledge, and experience in a Second Line environment within financial services. A recognised compliance qualification is preferred.
