Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Taunton. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting audits, risk assessments, creating and maintaining compliance documentation, and providing training and guidance to staff on compliance issues. The role also involves monitoring changes in legislation and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing compliance programs and conducting risk assessments
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to the electrical industry and AV systems
• Strong auditing and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide training and guidance on compliance issues
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
