Job summary

Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to lead our compliance program, develop policies, and ensure product standards across the supply chain.

You will oversee a small team, conduct ethical audits of factories, liaise with regulators, and implement certifications such as FSC and GOTS, while maintaining documentation for inspections. The role offers a competitive salary and a supportive environment that values career growth.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and updating company compliance policies and procedures for product compliance
• Overseeing a team member to assist in the compliance department
• Conducting ethical audits of factories to ensure standards
• Liaising with factories to resolve noncompliance issues
• Developing and implementing a regular programme to track auditing
• Helping the company establish and maintain chain of custody for FSC, GRS Recycled Product, and GOTS certifications
• Ensuring all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments
• Assisting in the setup and implementation of regulatory standards
• Developing and implementing procedures and practices to comply with these standards.
• Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for regulatory inspections
