Currently, we are working with a Commercial Bank seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Compliance team based in London. This role supports the Head of Compliance (SMF16) by delivering proactive and timely compliance activities across the Bank, including compliance monitoring reviews, regulatory advice, training, and other compliance outputs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Bank’s Compliance Monitoring framework, processes, and procedures in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Gather all necessary compliance Management Information (MI) related to monitoring and regulation, analyze trends and issues, and provide insights and assurance to internal governance forums.
• Maintain the Conflicts of Interest and Gifts and Entertainment Registers.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Compliance or Audit role within financial services.
• Experience in Compliance Monitoring activities.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of FCA regulations affecting the Bank, including familiarity with the FCA Consumer Duty.
