Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager in Dartford, Kent. You will own the company’s compliance systems, oversee ISO standards and industry accreditations, and support HR administration across two sites.

Reporting to Directors, you will manage a team member and ensure subcontractor onboarding, right-to-work checks and training records are maintained. Occasional travel to two offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compliance in construction or similar sectors.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Experience with CHAS, SMAS or Constructionline is advantageous.
• Able to commute to Dartford and travel occasionally.

Compliance Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a well-established construction contractor in a varied and responsible role. The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of its compliance systems, work closely with the Directors and play an important role in maintaining and improving operations across the business.

As Compliance Manager, you will oversee compliance activities across two businesses, taking responsibility for ISO systems, industry accreditations, subcontractor onboarding, training coordination and HR administration. You will also work directly with the Directors, providing operational and administrative support while managing an existing member of the team.

This role would suit an experienced Compliance Manager, Compliance Officer or Construction Office Manager who enjoys variety and taking responsibility. Experience managing construction accreditations such as CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline would be highly beneficial, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
