Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager in Dartford, Kent. You will own the company’s compliance systems, oversee ISO standards and industry accreditations, and support HR administration across two sites.

Reporting to Directors, you will manage a team member and ensure subcontractor onboarding, right-to-work checks and training records are maintained. Occasional travel to two offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compliance in construction or similar sectors.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Experience with CHAS, SMAS or Constructionline is advantageous.
• Able to commute to Dartford and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage company compliance systems, ISO standards, and industry accreditations.
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding, training records, right-to-work checks and HR administration.
• Supporting Directors with business administration, fleet management and operational compliance.
• Managing a team member and overseeing compliance across two offices, with monthly travel.
