Qualifications

• Experience in construction compliance, office management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Experience with CHAS/SMAS/Constructionline is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing company compliance systems, ISO standards and industry accreditations.
• Overseeing subcontractor onboarding, training records, right-to-work checks and HR administration.
• Supporting Directors with business administration, fleet management and operational compliance.
• Managing a team member and overseeing compliance across two offices, with monthly travel.
