NG Bailey's Facilities Services for the University of Bristol is recruiting a Resident Compliance Manager to lead health, safety and compliance from day one on the contract. This is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with the Contract Manager to ensure delivery and continuous improvement.
You will act as the on-site go-to expert for health and safety, embed a Safety First culture, conduct inspections and investigations, and build strong relationships with the client and site teams.

Summary
NG Bailey's Engineering team has just delivered a brand-new, state-of-the-art building for the University of Bristol, and we're now mobilising the Facilities Services team who will keep it running. We're looking for an experienced Resident Compliance Manager to lead on health, safety and compliance for the contract from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new contract from the ground up, working closely with the Contract Manager as their right hand on site. You'll be the natural successor to the Contract Manager role, stepping into their shoes to provide holiday and absence cover, with real scope to grow your career as the contract matures.
