Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking a Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team in a fast-paced recruitment organisation. You will be responsible and dedicated to compliance for a variety of clients supporting day-to-day operations, with opportunities to develop professionally.

This office-based role runs 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include progressing candidates through the recruitment flow, ensuring compliance packs meet regulated standards, keeping CRM records accurate, and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end progression of candidates through the recruitment flow.
• Work with external clients to clear compliance packs to regulated standards.
• Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and monitor changes.
• Assist candidates in completing applications and troubleshoot issues.
