Job summary

Agena Group is seeking a Compliance Executive to manage complaints and GDPR-related tasks. The role requires meticulous investigation, accurate data handling and clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid setup across multiple offices, supporting the Data Protection Officer and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance and customer service. Key responsibilities include resolving ATA/DVLA complaints, documenting investigations, and driving continuous

• Ability to process detailed information accurately in complaints and data protection matters.
• Strong investigative skills to assess information and evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• To manage the resolution of complaints including ATA (Accredited Trade Associations) and DVLA complaints within given timescales.
• To conduct full and thorough investigations into each complaint raised and document evidence of the investigation.
• To identify pattens in complaints raised, elevate, and investigate to ensure they are resolved long term.
• To elevate feedback to Management as required to ensure continuous improvement throughout departments.
• To respond to MP correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring responses are to a high-quality standard.
• To liaise with third parties with evidence to help conclude complaints.
• To support the Data Protection Officer's team with Subject Access Requests and other GDPR-related tasks, where required and within the scope of the role.
