Job summary

Muc-Off Ltd is seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to support the Compliance team by analysing data, producing reports and identifying risks. The role is based at the Bournemouth Head Office with regular travel to the Southampton warehouse.

You will create dashboards using Power BI or similar tools, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, IT and other teams to resolve data issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analyst, reporting, compliance or similar role.
• Experience working with large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain data and findings clearly.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk or regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data quality and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse compliance and business data to identify trends, errors and potential risks.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and management information.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Check data for accuracy and investigate any issues or inconsistencies.
• Support compliance monitoring, audits and risk assessments.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis when required.
• Work with Compliance, Risk, IT and other teams to resolve data issues.
• Help improve and automate reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is handled confidentially.
• Keep up to date with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
